The company is also open to negotiations with large supermarket chains; however, it should be noted that the payment terms of supermarket systems (often delayed payments for many days) can cause difficulties in negotiations. Therefore, the immediate priority remains cooperation with importers and distributors to flexibly introduce products to the market.

In the Czech Republic, leading retail systems include Tesco (over 300 stores nationwide), Albert (the largest supermarket chain in the Czech Republic, approximately 328 stores), along with popular discount retail chains like Lidl and Kaufland belonging to the Schwarz Group (Germany). However, as mentioned, working directly with large supermarket chains requires strict commercial terms. Typically, supermarkets demand long payment terms (delayed payment), high discounts, and numerous stringent quality control procedures. Therefore, a feasible strategy for AFOTECH is to first cooperate with an intermediary distributor (importer/wholesaler) to indirectly introduce goods into supermarkets, or test in some smaller Asian supermarkets before approaching larger systems.
